Refund policy:
Our refund policy gives you 14 days to change your mind, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 14 days has passed since your item was received.

Shipping costs:
The cost of postage for any returned items is the responsibility of the client. We recommend clients to use a shipping tracking service or shipping insurance to ensure your product reaches the return’s destination as we cannot accept responsibility for missing items.
Please note:
Enclosed with your item should be a printed copy of your order invoice, so that we can match your returned item when received. Upon receipt, we will review your item and notify you whether you have been approved for a refund and, if required, a refund will be made using your original payment method.
Please be aware: that we will not be able to provide a refund if your item is returned defective, damaged, or not in the same condition it was received with the protective film on both sides of the device.
Warranty
A full 12-month warranty is provided by Biomedis International with correct use, handling, and storage. This excludes accidental damage; when the item returns to our warehouse, one of our expert engineers will evaluate it and provide a written report of the findings.
The service life can be extended if you take good care of your device.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping for your returned items. We suggest that you consider using a shipping tracking option, or shipping insurance, to ensure your product arrives at the return’s destination, as we cannot accept responsibility for missing items.

The sender is responsible for the shipping costs to the repair center.
The company reserves the right not to accept the package.
How to send your device back
It is highly recommended to put the device inside the original box and foam frame, that your device arrived in and add some bubble wrap for extra protection. Send the device without power cord, instruction manual and accessories.

1. Credit/Debit Card Online Payments
We accept the following cards for online payments : Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, American Express, Revolut, Bank Transfer, Cash for local pick-ups.
All of the goods and services available in our online store can be purchased by using a credit or debit card.
For security purposes, we do not retain or use credit/debit card numbers.
II. Conditions and procedures for delivery
We deliver the orders by courier services globally. Depending on location the courier may differ.
Orders are processed in order of receipt. Tracking numbers will be provided once your parcel is picked up. Please allow the courier time 1-4 weeks to collect and deliver your product before contacting.
Delivery time depends on the availability of goods in stock. If at the time of ordering all of the selected products are in stock, the dispatch and delivery will usually take between 1-4 weeks, depending on your location. If you order a product that is not in stock, we will contact you and we shall discuss the planned delivery date. We try to deliver orders to customers as soon as possible.
Orders are sent with the full advance payment.
Shipping cost depends on your region and the selected method of delivery. This will be advised at the point of checkout.
III. Procedure and conditions for return
The return of products, that are in the same state as when dispatched, is possible within fourteen (14) days after receiving the package.
In order to return the product it is important that the goods are not used, of damaged in anyway.
To enable a return you must complete the returns form that is attached to the parcel. Goods supplied shall be accepted for return only when this form is completed. The consumer is responsible for all returns costs, and ensuring the goods are successfully received at the returns destination.

It is recommended that you pay to have your parcel tracked, to ensure the item does not go missing during transit.
2. The return of the goods
where the product has not performed as stated, is possible within six (6) months from the date you receive the parcel.
The product should be returned following authorisation from Biomedis International, and will undergo a series of tests to validate the request. You will be responsible for shipping costs and remain responsible until the product is confirmed as received at the returns location.
It is recommended that you pay to have your parcel tracked, to ensure the item does not go missing during transit.
3. Refund
Any refunds agreed will be processed using the original payment method. The refund will not include any shipping costs.
The originals of all documents related to the return of funds should be maintained until the funds are paid back to your account.
